VPNSC - Having two management CE (MCE)

We're running MPLS on our network and are monitoring customer's CE router through the management CE (MCE). Can we setup more than one MCE on the network? For instance, we have a primary MCE and a secondary MCE. In case the primary MCE goes down, we are able to manage customer's CE through the second MCE.

If so, can the customer's CE router be provisioned by the VPNSC to also see the second MCE?
