We have a 3725 router and a 7204 router, both with 2 FastEthernet interfaces, and we would like to connect to interfaces to seperate switches for redundancy. All of our servers have redundant network connections to both switches, and we would like to have our routers set up the same way. That way if 1 switch goes down, the entire network is not dead as far as routing is concerned.
Thanks.

Hi,
what about IRB?
See http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/473/741_10.pdf for details.
Another more flexible possibility is to connect 3725 to one switch via a trunk connection ("router on the stick", see http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/473/50.pdf), 7204 to the other switch and configure HSRP for these two routers.

HSRP will not work, since the routers are doing 2 different functions on our network. The 7204 is our WAN router, and the 3725 is our voice gateway.
The IRB looks like it might work though.
I will try it and see.
