Re: 10 baseT

Support for the WIC-1ENET starts at these IOS images: 12.1(3)XT, 12.1(5)YB, 12.2(2)XJ, 12.2(4)T1 (NOTE: it's NOT supported in the 12.2 main line ) & in these images the WIC card is only supported in slot 0.

Starting with 12.2(2)XJ, 12.2(2)XK, and 12.2(8)T, there is no such restriction on slot number, supports up to two WIC-1ENET cards.

Thanks, Mak.

Re: 10 baseT

Mak,

I am having trouble installing two wic 1enet cards in a 1721. s/w is running c1700-y-mz.122-4.ya2.bin. Wic0 or e0 runs fine but wic1 e1 is constantly raising and dropping the line protocol. The only way i managed to keep the module up was to constantly ping the interface when the protocol was up. Is it me or the s/w.

Many Thanks,

Marcus...
