I have two buildings around 100 yards apart that have 50 pair Cat. 3 wire from one building to another.

I have 3525XL Switches at each building and would like to connect them using 100baseT4.

Is this Possible. What is needed. I have looked all over the cisco site for answer but have not been successful. Thanks for any Help.

You will need an external 100BaseT4 to 100BaseTX transceivor. The Catalyst 3500 only uses 2 pairs of wires within a UTP cable. 100BaseT4 requires the use of all 4 pairs which is not engineered into the 3500XL.
