11501: management port stops responding

I have two 11501 content switches configured in chassis redundancy mode and I've found that there are several periods each day at apparently random intervals and lasting a few minutes when one or other of the switches stops responding to an inbound telnet connection to its ethernet management port. A few minutes later and it works again.

Any ideas / suggestions about the cause of this would be much appreciated.
