1720 Interface Problem

We have 1720 box that have One wic card with two serial inerface on that. Problem >>> when i connect v35 cable to s0 interface. link dosent work

but when i connect the same cable to s1 it workes fine, Once wic interface card has been replaced.

version running is 12.2

Manish can you paste in your config ? When you say it does not work what is the status of s0 ? up down , down down ?

this is the error which we get

and the status of interface becomes :Serial0 is up, Line protocol is Down
