1720 - WIC 1DSU 56K4 - Dire Straights

How do I get the 1720 to recognize the WIC-1DSU-56K4 for a DS0 64K circuit?

line is supposedly a 64K circuit...have tried a WIC T1 CSU/DSU with 1 timeslot lmi=ansi...no joy...

Carrier indicates that circuit is DS0,

I have a WIC 1DSU 56K4 card, but the 1720 only recognizes it as a 56K

I had the same issue in February. Turns out the Telco provider had the circuit speed set incorrectly at the local CO.
