With the WIC in Slot 0 (LED is on) I get the following error message:
00:00:04: %PQUICC-1-UNKNOWN_WIC: PQUICC(0), WIC card has an unknown ID of 0x39
I am currently running IOS 12.2(16a) from 12.1(3) when I started.

I was under the impression that 12.2(16a) would encompass the lower versions.
