2 Catalyst 6509 vs DHCP

If i have 2 catalyst 6509 with (2) MSFCII modules and i use trunk to interconnect each other, how configure the DHCP server on the switches?

If I configure a DHCP pool for every VLAN on the 1st 6509 MSFCII how can i configure the 2nd 6509 MSFCII for DHCP "recovery" ?

If on the 1st 6509 i configure a DHCP Database Agent that stores the DHCP bindings database on a TFTP server can I load "recovery" the same database on the 2nd 6509 when there's a failure of the 1st catalyst ?

Thanks.

You can't configure DHCP pool for every VLAN, that's not what's design to do. YOu will have an external DHCP server that you could create all your DHCP scopes for each VLAN. then you need to add the ip helper statement at each VLAN on the switch.
