Would like to know if there is any compatibility issue for FastEthernet/ISL card- 2 port) for NPEG1 on 7206 ?

With the IOS that you have it wont work. The only compatible IOS that I see on Software advisor are,

12.1(14)E, 12.2(15)T. I hope you were talking about PA-2FEISL-TX=.
