2 Routers same subnet. IP address pool for VPN clients

Ok I have an issue I have been trying to work out to no avail. I have our default gateway router setup. I have another router running IOS VPN with an address pool. My default gatewat router is 63.X.X.1 and the VPN router is 63.X.X.8 I have devices in the DMZ address space 63.X.X.0/27. When a VPN client connects it gets an adddress from the IP address pool 192.168.0.0/24.

Router 63.X.X.8 uses router 63.X.X.1 as its default gateway.

The devices on the 63.X.X.0\27 DMZ network use router 63.X.X.1 as the default gateway.

The VPN clients cannot ping or trace to the DMZ devices nor can the DMZ devices PING or trace to the VPN clients.

I think the first question to investigate would be whether the DMZ devices have a route to the 192.168.0.0/24 network. So on the 63.X.X.1 router is there an entry in the routing table for 192.168.0.0?
