physically, i know i can insert 2 cards with 2 MFT ports each on a 2611. i used the 2600 memory calculator to see how much memory i would need. it answered 64M RAM. now this, to me, means that it's ok to do such thing. but somehow it doesn't sound good to me. you think

the 2611 will be able to handle all 4 data E1's?

Not applicable

This depends on the NM that is used.

For the 2611, the NM-2W (Supports 8 Mbps aggregate across

4 ports) is the only WIC that can support

the MFT and 2 channel groups per WIC. The

2611 switching speed is 15k packets per

second fast switched. If the 2611

can handle this, it likely won't be able

to handle much more on the box.
