The quick start guide came with the package says to use RJ-49, but Cisco Interface Cards Installation Guide says RJ-48C to RJ-48C BRI Cable. what exactly to use? i am a newbie, your help will be greatly appreciated.
As a general rule they should both work on this particular card. I suggest you use the one that is stated in the quick start guide that actually came with the device.
