2650 and BGP

I have a customer with 2 ISP's they want to use BGP so that both lines can be used and for redundancy. Can they use a 2650XM and successfully recieve all BGP routes? Or is the 2650 just not a good router choice for BGP? Should they use something more robust?

Thanks

Re: 2650 and BGP

Is there any reason the customer feels a need to run defaultless? They can get load sharing and redundancy with negligable RAM consumption simply by limiting what they accept to a default route only (or better still, upstream indicator routes so you can detect a failed ISP). Unless they need "optimal" outbound routing, there is little to be gained by accepting all routes.

Good luck and have fun!

Re: 2650 and BGP

Do you know of any sample configs to do this. How much complexity will HSRP add to this? Say I have ISP 1 on router A and ISP 2 on router B. Does this sound like a good configuration?

Thanks for your help
