2900 series XL problem

Hi,

I have switch 2900 series XL losing the password and the Mode Button not work. What i can do for this problem? Please give a solution.

But the problem is the Mode Button is not work or crash.

Another thing you can try it to break the booting sequence. Reboot your switch and press ctrl+break key and it should take you to the rommon. It may not work on your switch but you can give it a try.

You can then follow the recovery procedure if it gets you in.

Otherwise get switch replaced as the mode button is crashed.
