2900M XL destined for trash heap?

Hello all, I have had recent thunderstorms in the area and one building got a pretty bad power surge, bad enough to fry some hardware on a 2900M XL. I've reloaded a new image but now the switch is getting these error messages and keeps rebooting? I don't think this switch will ever be right again, maybe some critical circuity has been fried due to the the electrical jolt?

Here are my error messages on boot-up....

...It would appear that your ports got fried. Try to reinstall the image; if the ports still fail POST, it's time to go shoppin.

I had this issue with a client after the Black Out here in New England. The only resolution was to get an under warrenty replacement for it.
