2924 XL System and Port LEDs are amber

The system and port LED's are amber. Ports 9-12 are experiencing this issue. These are unused ports that have been administratively taken down.

I get the following output when I used the sh post command:

POST FAILED: FastEthernet0/9 failed front-end loopback test

POST FAILED: FastEthernet0/10 failed front-end loopback test

POST FAILED: FastEthernet0/11 failed front-end loopback test

POST FAILED: FastEthernet0/12 failed front-end loopback test

How would I go about troubleshooting this... ? Any ideas would be appreciated... thanks!

This is due to hardware failure. You can try to replace the module.
