The CPU utilization of our catalyst 2948g-l3 is high recently.The max utilization had been more than 70%.But I cann't find any abnormal data.I tried command "show process cpu",and here is result

from the result I cann't find any high cpu utilization process,but why the total utilization is high.How can i troubleshooting this?

The starting point for this should be the following link: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/63/highcpu.html. Most of your cpu is from IP input, so see that section in the above link. But remember, 40-50% cpu by itself isn't in on of itself necessarily bad, could be normal depending on your environment. A peak of 70% could be just that a peak (ie brief or temporary), and not to worry about. If it is a sustained 70%, that is different and should be looked at.
