2948G-L3 vlan database

Hi gents,

I have received a new 2948G-L3 and have uploaded the latest IOS cat2948g-in-mz.120-18.W5.22b.bin.

I do not undertsand why I cannot enter the Vlan Database using the "vlan database" in privilege mode !!!!!

I hit the following message: "No Virtual Vlans conf"

As far as I have undertstood the previous command should create a new database.

FYI: when I display the bootflash using dir bootflash:, I have only the IOS image. If I remember I should see at least a directory env and files like html (I do not remember the exact name)

DOES someone have an idea

2948G-L3 does not support VLANs/VTP. It's more like a router and you'll need to use bridge-groups. Document for reference
