Hello.
I have 2924 with ports that are configured as multivlan access.
How can I do it on the 2950 ?

That function is only available on the XL series switches, so the 2950EI and SI can't. See link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps628/prod_bulletin09186a00800b3089.html (second last item)
