2950 problems

i have 2950 switch and the console port stop work

i can access it by Vty

but one of students change the enable password what i do to recover password and access it

but as i say the console port have a problem ,

how i recover password ,while the console port out of work {i can access it by VTY }

Did you try changing the different baud-rate or terminal emulation program.

If yes then,Sorry to say but if console port is dead you cannot recover it.

Go ahead and get the replacement for it. Open a TAC case and get a replacement 2950.
