2970G LAN Issue

I am having a problem with two Cisco 2970G Switches running Version 12.1(14r)EA1a, according to its logs the gigabit interfaces are toggling up/down for no apparent reason. There are no errors on the interfaces and the infrastructure has been tested, any thoughts or know issues that would cause this?
