3550 policing voice and data traffic

i have a customer who wishes to rate limit all ingress traffic on 3550 fast eth ports to a specific value say 2Mbps on a 10Mbps interface. This works ok.

He now wishes to ensure that voice traffic isdropped only if it is above the policed rate on that port. That is data be dropped first. Traffic would be identified based on TOS.

I cannot find a way of doing this - anyone have one ?

I guess using the aggregate policer would be of some help for achieving this.

May be you can try classifying the traffic based on ip access list.
