Has anyone had any issues using Alcatel IP Phones being powered from a Cisco 3560 PoE switch ?

Are the Alcatel 802.3af compliant? 3560 only supports IEEE 802.3af and Cisco prestandard Power over Ethernet.

yes they are 802.3af compliant.
They actually work , however, every so often they reset .
