Today my 3620 PRI stopped answering the pri t1 calls. I had to reload it to start functioning again. My 3620 has a t1 pri connected to verizon wireless and a ethernet connection to my DMZ which holds the web server. I would like to know if anyone had this problem before or is it a bug i am hitting on. I am running 12.2.12a code. attached is the sh ver output.

I also like to know , if there is any dropping off calls, or line not answered (in my t1 controller) , can be proactively managed throught a management console. I am already directing my logging traffic to a syslog server. Can you people recommed how and what looging need to be turned on to monitor the above mentioned.
Need to know that status of PRI line when it stops answring the calls. You need to issue command "show isdn status" to see layer 1,2 and 3 status. Now also need to know "sh controller T1" to see any physical layer issue it may have.
Now if the users are complaining about the calls are getting dropped prematurely, then you need to start troubleshooting it. I do know that you want to do it proactively but its difficult to see the possible problem if it dosn't appear with pattern.
