Often times complex troubleshooting issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

You were just a "T" short of getting it to work.
Modem over BRI is a 12.0T feature. Mainline 12.0
does not support it. So if you had 12.0(7)T instead
of 12.0(7), you could have gotten it to work.

Thanks it works on analog calls now...
but it fail when I try to dial from BRI :(
when I use 12.0(7) BRI call run normally
so what version should I use??

The BRI calls should work too with that ios..The following debug for a bri call will be helpful to find the problem.
debug isdn q931
debug ppp authentication
debug ppp negotiation
Pl. port it with the running cofig..Also you can take a help from cisco's TAC engineers to debug this issue by visiting http://www.cisco.com/tac
Thanks..Tejal

Continue to use 12.0(7)T and lets debug the isdn callin problem.
For that, pls provide isdn & ppp debugs.
