Dear Sirs:
A new 3640 router with a NM-2FE2w and a NM-16AM, IOS Cisco Version 12.0(13), can not find the NM-2FE2W in show run, what can I do next? Thank you.

hi
the minimum supported ios for the nm-2fe2w is 12.1 so you will need to upgrade your router, also more memory is needed i think. if you go to the TAC part of cisco's website there is a memory calculator on it use this and it will also tell you what ios and memory requirements you will need.

Hi,
I am looking for in my documentation and I think that this modules
( NM-2FE2w ) in not suported for the cisco 3640.
It is suported for 3620 or Serie 2600.
The other module is suported in 3640.

this module is supported, you can check on the cisco web site but it is supported
