3640 to cat3548 ISL Trunk error on interfaces both ends of link

I have a 3640 with a 2 port FE card and a 1port FE card(NM-1FE-TX). Each port is connected as a trunk (ISL) to three seperate 3548 switches. No errors on the 2port card but errors on the single port card and on the switch port on the switch which terminates the trunk. Changed interface and switch and cable same errors.

Any ideas as to cause?

The errors are drop packets in the router and CRC errors in the switch:
