3662 router and NM-FE modules

Is it true that maximum network module NM-1FE -TX only 4 for Cisco 3660 if the internal fast ethernet interfaces not used. maybe it;s restriction of IOS version 12.0(5)

hi Gena

no any restrictions about nubmer of FE modules (except physicals :) )

you can use up to 26 FE ports on the 3660 chassis (may be more)

But, how can we use up 26 FE? Is there Swithcing module?

for example 6 NM-4E modules and 2 chassis ports

or for example this module - NMD-36ESW and etc
