3750 port usage

I am trying to find what spare capacity there is on a campus. Is there any easy way of finding out which ports on 3750's have never been used

There is no easy way to accomplish this. With CiscoWorks LMS you can generate reports and track unused ports and much more. You can write a script of some kind if you're looking for a low cost solution.
