is access gateway module supported in 4006-S3 & 4006-S2. i am not able to configure this module. if it is not supported when is it likely to happen. i need to advice my customer accordingly.

if no support is possible in next few months what is the alternate to connect 4006 to PSTN network.

It is only supported on 4006-S2 as of today. Support in 4006-S3 will be later this year.

When you cannot configure the module, what do you mean? Does it not show up in a show mod, what about console access?
