how to test if the routing inter VLAN in the 4506 does not influence the traffic , the processing time and the time of replay

If you are talking about IP routing, it's done in hardware. IPX/Appletalk is done in software

hardware routing mean that the traitement is fast?

Hardware forwarding is done in ASICs which is faster than Software(done by the switch CPU)
