You're chassis is running 15.2(2)E????
No need to look any further. Downgrade your IOS. 15.2(2)E is not a stable IOS on any model of switches from Catalyst 3K and up.

We are having the same problem.
Unfortunately for us, this software seems to be better for us, as it seems to fix numerous bugs since the previous version we were running.
With 15.2(2)E everything seems to work, but the switches crash every now and then.
We are running a high version mostly due to features wanted like ipv6 routing in vrf, however, we have not been able to find a decent software version yet to do so.
We have a case running via our support, but so far no news.
