64 meg flash upgrade to 3745 router

Hi, does anyone know if this part number

MEM3725-32U64CF is the same item as this:

MEM3745-32U64CF.

I am trying to put a upgrade our flash from 32M to 64M in our 3745 router and was told we could use the MEM3725-32U64CF . But when I tried, after the download the router keeps rebooting. Should I have used the MEM3745-32U64CF?
