64M flash card for 6509 sup2

I couldn't format MEM-C6K-ATA-1-64M on sup2 cat os 7.4

Does any one have any idea what should be done.

I tried format disk0:

format slot0:

I got the errors: Format device slot0 failed (unspecified error)

Format device disk0 failed (unknown device)

Hung,

64M ATA Flash card requires 7.5.1. This might be your problem.

Also: Requires ROM Monitor (ROMMON) version 7.1 or later.
