Can the TCAM on a Catalyst 6500 with redundant SUP2/MSFC2/PFC2 be increased above 32K? Running CatOS (required) upgrading to ver 7.x for order dependent merge. Im performing policy routing between various DMZ's in a split horizon environment with IP standard and extended access lists. Policy routing is handled in hardware for performance benefits.

No the TCAM is a fixed resource and can not be increased in size, once the limit is reached subsequent ACL lines are software switched.
There is a good paper on TCAM and 6500 ACL's on CCO:

Yes, I read it. Thanks. It seems a bit high level, wish there were more details on policy routing ACLs and how they're stored.
