6506 keep rebooting

every 2 days my router keep rebooting and this is the error i keep getting RxSBIF_SEQ_NUM_ERROR:slot=1, pinnacleMask=0X1, errSeqNum=ff,source Index=0X0, errorType=0X3 is there a fix to this problem

Unfortunately, the switch did not save any stack info to the output of show log for the most recent crash. We had a bug(CSCdw57262) due to which the switch would not save stack of certain crashes to NVRAM. This bug is fixed in 6.3(7) and later but I suggest that you upgrade to 6.3(10). Here is the

If you cannot upgrade very soon, I suggest that you let a console session

monitor the switch as the switch would dump stack info to the console as well
