One 6509 has two powers , one is 1000w , another is 1300w , but fail. Why?

Hi Ken,
If your switch itself is failing could be the reason you have more number of modules which require high power supplies like 2500 and 4000 watt.
Can you pleae paste the "sh mod" from your switch or can specify what all modules you have in your chassis.

Thanks for your reply.
The 6509 had two 1000w powers before, but one failed. I have no another 1000w power, so I get 1300w replace it , but 6509 reports error info. The 1300w power is good.

Can you please update what error message you are getting?
Also if it is CATOS can you try this command
set power redundancy enable
