Hello All,
We have Cat 6509 MLS with single sup engine on our campus Network which serves to 2500 users . We have currently approximately 20 Vlans on our Network. We are getting one more 6509 which will be installed in other Bldg , with a distance of 400 Meters . I would like to know how to enable redundancy and should I create all Vlan's in new 6509 ( or ) replicate Vlan's from existing to new one . We want the New 6509 to serve the users in case of other one fails ( Redundancy ) & Load balancing of some Vlan's as well . Can I find some Document on Cisco site for reference .
