6509 Upgrades

I need to upgrade a 6509 Catalyst switch, Sorry for the simple question but I am still a newbie at the Cisco Switching.

The 3 files I have are:

c6msfc-boot-mz.121-8b.E9.bin

c6msfc-jsv-mz.121-8b.E9.bin

cat6000-sup.6-3-6.bin

How do you upgrade to the newer version?

I currently have them on my tftp server. But I am not sure of the commands used to upgrade them.

The cat6000-sup.6-3-6.bin is the Supervisor OS. The other 2 images are for the MSFC. The following page on CCO should assist you in upgrading
