can somebody already encounred this strange problem
on 6513 dual failure of Crossbar blades , going power down
from documentation seems to be a hardware problem but sounds
strange for me on both Crossbar at same time ??
any ideas welcomed

From the error messages it is clear that message indicates that a fabric channel error has been detected. The system attempts to recover by resynchronizing or resetting the module. If the system cannot recover the module, try replacing the module. You could try reseating the module.
If you are running an older version of software, then then upgrading the supervisor to newer software e.g. 6.2(3a) would help.

i'm very surprised that both crossbar suffered a hardware problem
either at the same time
does blade connected to crossbar could be the culprit ?
