From the error messages it is clear that message indicates that a fabric channel error has been detected. The system attempts to recover by resynchronizing or resetting the module. If the system cannot recover the module, try replacing the module. You could try reseating the module.

If you are running an older version of software, then then upgrading the supervisor to newer software e.g. 6.2(3a) would help.

thanks

i'm very surprised that both crossbar suffered a hardware problem

either at the same time

does blade connected to crossbar could be the culprit ?

thanks
