6513 - Errors in Show version output

not configured brand new 6513 with two Sup720's

shows errors in the "show ver" output after reload or power cyrcling.

There are two kind of errors - one on the first Sup720, another on second.

Formatted all flash devices, tried different versions of IOS.

The value of Programm Counter (PC) in the first error is the same for all cases.

If only one Sup in the shassys - the same.

No error messages during boot-up.

Any suggestions how to get rid of these errors ?

Thank you

Alexander

Re: 6513 - Errors in Show version output

The issue may be due to Cisco Hardware/Software/Feature compatibility and memory requirements, Hardware component does not work.

Re: 6513 - Errors in Show version output

Error#2 is due to the following bug

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCef80423

For Error#1 check to see if there are any crashinfo files in the bootflash/sup-bootflash.
