7206 Only boots to rommon

Hi,

A friend of mine recently gave me an old 7206 router. When I console in it only shows the rommon interface. When I try and reset it says ?boot: cannot determine first file name on device "bootflash:? Is there anything I can do to get this router up and working? I want to use this as part of my home lab.
