I am interested on using point-to-point connections between 6 T's using a 7206 non VXR router that I am willing to purchase used, has a PA-8E card and a PA-T3-DS3, I am not sure if I can achieve this concept with this chassis, the specs on the router are below, any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't understand the question. What do you mean with "6 T's" ? Do you want to connect 6 sites with each a T1 to a central site? In that case you need a PA-MC-T3 which can handle a channelized T3.
BTW, looking at the config, it seems that the router has following interfaces:
2x PA-1FE
1x PA-2T3 (or PA-2T3+)
1x PA-8E
1x PA-4E
