7206 VXR Lock Up

I have a 7206 with an NPE300, I/O Controller, 1 ATM adapter, and one Ethernet adapter. Within the last couple of days the router has been rebooting on its own, sometimes 2 and 3 times in about 5 minutes. Then it will run for 12+ hours and then all of the sudden lockup. All of the led are off except for the pwr led, that's it. No ATM lights, no ethernet lights, no alarm lights, etc. I have monitored the router throughout the day yesterday and it never gets over 5% cpu usage. Unfortunately I do not have logs to help out.

It locked up again last night and I reset each of the cards individually and also reset the ethernet and atm cables to no avail. I had to turn the power off and back on to get it working again.

Do these symtoms sound familiar to anyone?

What IOS version is running on it? How much Flash and DRAM memory? Is it plugged into a reliable power source (UPS)?

If it's not an issue with any of the above, it could also be flaky hardware.
