For some reason I am stuck in rommon on a 7206 device, router cannot boot boot image and router dosnt contain any valid IOS either.
When I reset the router bootstrap process starts and goes through all file systems looking for a valid img. It ends up in rommon after not finding anything
boot: cannot find an executable image for this platform on device "slot0:" --> "slot1:" --> "bootflash:"

When I have a look in the filesystem I find these files I try to manually boot it, dosnt work.
It certainly appears that the images on your flash card are corrupted. Are these the only 2 file systems that you have images on? The other option you would have is to remove the flash card, load a valid image on it from another chassis or your PC, and re-install it and try to boot from it. The router will likely complain that the card needs to be formatted in it before using, however. Outside of trying to boot from a remote image using TFTP, which may or may not work, you would likely need to replace the card.
On the Compact Flash we loaded a new boot image. We rebootedthe router with the Compact Flash inserted. The router automatically found the boot image on the Flash Card, and loaded up (this did take awhile for the router to find). Once it is loaded up you can get your IOS loaded up in ROMMON or it will boot normally. When you are back into the CLI be sure to copy the boot image from the Flash Card to BootFlash and you should be good to go.
