what card i should use for 7206vxr router to get 4 Mbps bandwidth on a single interface, can I use PA-4T for this purpose or some other card.

You can use this card, or PA-8T, but you should not use the next port.

The max throughput on PA-4T is 8Mb FullDuplex.

(so 2x 4Mb and 2x 0Mb) or (1x8Mb and 3x0Mb).

For PA-8T the max throuhgput is 16 Mb
