7507 and PA-2FE

I'm having problems on my router detecting PA-2FE card. Although installed, but sh version does not indicate additional 2 FEs. Please provide help. Below is the sh version:

Is this card a VIP2-40 because, according to out doco, only one PA-2FE is supported on any VIP2-40. This has to do with the amount of SRAM in the boards and the allocation of memory.

if that's the limitation, its ok. but we replaced the existing PA-FE of the VIP2 card with the PA-2FE but still it was not detected.
