Slot 4 has a hardware problem . THis youcan tell by a feww things

Slot 4:

Physical slot 4, ~physical slot 0xB, logical slot 4, CBus 0

Internal Instruction Error, Microcode Status 0x5

Master Enable, LED, WCS DBUS Cmd Enable, WCS Loading, WCS Loaded

Board is disabled wedged

the board is disabled wedged tells you the board is not functioning.

you most likely have bad dram on the VIP.

check bootflash for a crashinfo file and open a tac case. They should RMA you a new card.

SLOT 4 VIP type vip2-50.

SLOT1 VIP type vip4-80

When place this module (PA-FE-TX) into other VIP4 . (SLOT1 ) , but there are similar error message.

when I remove this modules (PA-FE-TX) , SLOT 4 BAY 1 modules ( PA-8T) work normally .

So VIP2-50( SLOT 4 ) is ok
