761 and call accounting to an external source

I've got a 761 that are sharing an Isdn line with a TA, the bill for the line is very high and I want to monitor the calls made from the 761. I've got a syslogd running on the network and I want to output info to that.

I've tried to set up SNMP using "snmp trap host 192.168.43.10" and "set snmp trap LInkup ON", the syslogd also listens on port 162 for SNMP, but I receive nothing.

Is there a way to set up either SNMP or SYSLOG to output the call start and end info.
